Plot
Is the plot of your story sound? Does the structure keep your story moving forward? Is your timeline right? Have you built up the tension enough that your reader won't be able to put it down.
Characters
The more you understand your characters, the more you will be able to get them across to your reader in a way that builds empathy and engagement.
World
So much of the magic of fantasy stems from immersing your readers in a whole new world. Give that world the depth and texture it needs to blow your reader's mind.
